Policy
To
our patients:
- On the
subject line of an e-mail message, please indicate the nature of your
questions (prescription, appointment, medical question, billing, etc.)
- Include
your full name and patient's name in the first line of your message.
- We will
not give your e-mail address to a third party without your permission.
- Our
response time is two business days. if your question requires a more
immediate reply, please call the office.
- If your
message is of a confidential nature and you have privacy concerns,
please call instead of using e-mail.
- Before
sending your message, make sure you have entered our correct e-mail
address.
- A printed
copy of your message will be placed in your child's medical record.
- We cannot
answer e-mail messages from individuals with whom we do not have a
medical relationship.
- Be aware
that even though we are taking every security precaution, your message
may still be vulnerable to hackers.
