How do I contact the Adena Health System?

How do I find a doctor?
The Adena Health System is home to some of the most talented physicians anywhere, all of whom have extensive training and offer the latest in treatment regimens. Click here to find a doctor that best suits your needs.
How do I know where to go?
The Adena Medical Center is located at the junction of U.S. Route 23 and State Route 159, seven miles north of Chillicothe. This modern facility provides a wide assortment of diagnostic and treatment services, and houses inpatient, outpatient and emergency services, as well as maternity and mental health units.
The Adena Medical Office Building is attached to the medical center and houses the offices of many of the talented physicians on staff at Adena. For your convenience, there is complimentary valet parking available on the north side of this building.
The Adena Health Pavilion is attached to the medical center and is home to the Outpatient Surgery Center and additional outpatient services, including the Imaging Center and Laboratory. Additional physician offices, including orthopedics, neurology and pain management, as well as the medical center’s Sleep Center, are located in this facility.
Signs are strategically placed around the medical center campus to direct you to the various offices and services. A number of satellite offices operated by Adena also are strategically placed in the communities served by the health system. Click here to learn more about those locations.
Where do I park?
Valet parking is available at the north and west entrances of the Adena Medical Center for visitors and outpatients on weekdays, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There is no charge for this service and tips are not necessary. There also is parking available in lots surrounding the medical center, medical office building and health pavilion.
What are the visiting hours at the medical center?
Visitors are welcome between noon and 8 p.m. daily, with the exception of specialized units, like intensive care, where hours are more restricted. Make sure to check beforehand to learn about a patient’s visiting hours. Also, for the convenience of all patients, only two visitors are allowed in each room at a time, and please don’t visit if you are ill.
What are the cafeteria hours at the medical center?
The cafeteria is open 4:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. weekdays and 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. weekends. The cafeteria is closed from 10 to 11 a.m. and 3 to 4 p.m. daily for cleaning.
For quick and convenient snacks, vending machines are located in the seating area of the Cafeteria and are accessible 24 hours a day. Limited vending (snacks and beverages) is provided in the second and third floor North Lobby Areas and in Maternity and Emergency Department Waiting Areas.
